This is great news! It has to stick in Lereah's craw that people who Google him get the unvarnished truth first, not his cheerleading team picture and bio.

Lereah is such a great "economist", I eagerly anticipate his next unbiased, objective and rigorously conducted research report!

This blog is stupid. You must really be pissed off because you don't make much money and you missed out on making some $$ when house prices were on the way up.

I made over $400k flipping in FL, and got out before the slow down, and I also think Lereah is cool and right,,,,suckkka!!!

From David Lereah Watch...

“‘It was very clear that the standards had deteriorated,’ said David A. Lereah, chief economist of the National Assn. of Realtors. ‘I’m not a lender though. I kept on saying to myself — I guess they know what they’re doing.’”

Marvelous lines in the film Casablanca, one of the best comes during the scene in which the captain of police, played by Claude Rains, shuts down Rick's Café Américain.

"I am shocked, shocked to discover gambling is going on here,"

he tells saloonkeeper Rick (Humphrey Bogart) — just as a cashier hands Rains his roulette winnings for the evening.
